At KERARGANIC®, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with every purchase and experience with our products and services. If by any reason you want to return or exchange a product you have purchased, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Return Time Frame:
• Products must be returned within 30 days of the receiving date.

• Condition of Returned Products:
• Only unopened/unused products in the original packaging will be accepted for return or exchange.
• Products that have been opened or used, will only be accepted if they are defective.

• Defective Products:
• If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at sales@kerarganic.com. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.

• Damaged or Missing Items:
• In the event your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please take pictures of the damaged package and products, and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package at sales@kerarganic.com. Additionally, please file a report with the delivery carrier.
• Damaged or missing items will be replaced at no cost to you.

• Return Shipping Costs:
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

• Exclusions:
• Products that have been previously sent as replacements for any reason will not be accepted for return.

• Refunds:
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned products are received and processed.
